Three-Day Itinerary
The itinerary we've put together is meant to give you maximum relaxation and lots of yoga! We want you to leave feeling recharged so you can return home with more energy or carry with you the feeling of peace and calmness as you continue on your adventures.
FRIDAY
Arrival and check in
3:00PM Meet with your yoga teacher to discuss the weekend program, personal goals and any health concerns.
4:00PM - 6:00PM Mediation, Pranayama (breathing technique) and Yoga
7:00PM Dinner at the hotel
SATURDAY
7:30AM - 9:30AM Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga
9:30AM Breakfast
FREE TIME IN THE AFTERNOON TO RELAX BY THE POOL, HAVE A SPA TREATMENT OR TAKE A WALK AROUND TOWN
(Lunch on Saturday is at leisure either in town or at the hotel)
4:00PM - 5:30PM Restorative/relaxation yoga and yoga nidra guided relaxation
(Dinner on Saturday is at leisure either in town or at the hotel. We recommend dining at one of the many restaurants in town and can provide you with a list of options)
